Here is our log of our Moose Sightings - they are so cool
Dead Moose :(. Hit by a big semi and did a number on it. Big Lady. Watson Creek to Whitehorse

Monday - July 14th
Lady Moose at Girdwood on the Alyeska Tram
Wednesday - July 16th - Jessie saw 8 moose on the Coastal Bike Trail - they were so close she could not stop and take a pic - super scary
Saturday - July 19th - Glenn Highway near GlenAllen - Mike saw a Lady Moose
Friday - August 16th - Glacier National Park - Momma and Baby in a swamp right next to the road.
Bear
Saw a brown bear in Canada on the AlCan (week of June 13)
Saw a black bear on Seward on the Glacier tour on July 1
Saw a grizzly at the turn out near destruction bay on July 19
Saw a big grizzly in CarCross when coming back from the train on the 23rd
Saw a Momma and 3 cubs (we only saw the momma, but others saw the cubs) on the Chilkoot River by the fish weir.
Saw a big Black Bear in Juneau eating salmon out of the river.
We saw about 40 hump back whales, 30 orcas, and 30 porpoise. We got very close to the one in Glacier Bay National Park when we were kayaking.
